Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

Standard delivery within the United States takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. International shipping times vary by destination and customs clearance.

Yes. We offer international shipping to select countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at info@valvi.us with your order number and reason for return.

Our jewelry is crafted with sterling silver 925, gold vermeil, and premium stones — all selected for durability. To ensure longevity, we recommend avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and prolonged water contact. You can read our full care guide.

Gold vermeil is a thick layer (2.5 microns) of 18k gold over sterling silver. It offers the look and feel of solid gold at a more accessible level, with exceptional quality and long-lasting brilliance — far superior to regular gold plating.

We work with moissanite and Premium Grade cubic zirconia, selected for their remarkable brilliance, clarity, and craftsmanship. Each stone is handset with precision to elevate the overall design.
