  • Mold Creation: Our molds are crafted to preserve every subtle detail, honoring the intention behind each silhouette.
  • Wax Injection: Wax models take shape with structural integrity, preparing each piece for its transformation into metal.
  • Wax Stone Setting: Stones are placed by hand in the wax stage, maintaining perfect symmetry and intentional brilliance.
  • Casting: The wax model is replaced with molten precious metal, solidified into its definitive and enduring form.
  • Sandy + Woven Cloth Polishing: Layers of polishing elevate the finish — beginning with abrasion and ending in a soft cloth gloss.
  • Laser Engraving: Each piece is engraved with the official VALVI signature, guaranteeing authenticity and exclusivity.
  • Main Stone Insert: Stones are mounted under microscope with surgical precision, ensuring flawless alignment and hold.
  • Gold Vermeil Plating: Every surface is bathed in 2.5 microns of real 18k gold over sterling silver.
  • Quality Control: Each jewel is inspected across 6 rigorous stages — a final confirmation that the piece is worthy of the VALVI name.
  • Packaging: Presented in a box that reflects its elegance, each creation arrives as a private moment of revelation.

Our Materials

Moissanite

Discovered in a meteorite crater by Nobel Prize-winning chemist Henri Moissan, moissanite is one of Earth’s rarest and most luminous gemstones. With an exceptional refractive index of 2.65, it reflects more than twice the light of a diamond. Each moissanite at VALVI is laser-engraved with a unique serial number and comes with a certificate of authenticity verifying its cut, color, and clarity. Rated 9.25 on the Mohs scale, it is nearly as hard as diamond — but infinitely more radiant.

Cubic Zirconia

We select only Premium Grade cubic zirconia — stones chosen for their absolute clarity, icy brilliance, and refined proportion. Set by hand under precision magnification, each one enhances the structure it adorns with timeless light.

Sterling Silver 925

Crafted with 92.5% pure silver, our sterling alloy balances softness and strength for daily elegance. Each surface is finished with protective treatments to maintain its luminosity across years of wear.

Gold Vermeil

Our gold vermeil meets the highest standards: 2.5 microns of genuine 18k gold layered over sterling silver. This technique — far superior to flash plating — provides warmth, depth, and endurance without compromise.

18k Solid Gold

For pieces intended as heirlooms, we use 18k solid gold — the purest expression of strength, warmth, and tradition. Shaped with restraint, designed for permanence.
