- Shipping Costs: Orders under $150 are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@valvi.us with your order number and reason for return.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Sizing
Our ready-to-wear is cut true to size. Please consult our Size Guide before ordering, or our Ring Size Guide for jewelry.
